As a mental health advocate, a fitness lover and a women, wife and mom who understands the connection between mental health and physical health, this is the heart and soul behind what I am doing.

We all have mental health and it is proven that physical exercise can improve our mental health-no matter where we are at on the mental health spectrum. 

No matter what level of fitness you are at, we will start there and only improve from there.
