Working out is tough to fit into a crazy busy summer mom schedule, but it is do-able!! In our current season of life I dont have the option to wake up early or wait until my husband gets home to work out, so I have had to get creative on how to bring my monkeys along with me some days! Today we are looking at RUNNING and how to try and do that with 3 kids ages 6 months-5 years old.
P.S. I cant find my running glasses so had to use my ‘when im with my kids crappy glasses, so that is why I look like a bug’
