Tri Camp Level 1 is will be focused on mostly inside workouts in pool, spin studio, and weather dependent running indoors or outdoors. This first course is 6 weeks working on foundational components of each sport.
Start Date is MARCH 18th 2019.
Tri Camp Level 2 will start in May, and we will transition our skills outside into the real world, starting to open water swim, bike and run outside on terrain similar to race day.
